Dark-New Virgo Moon & Eclipse

Greetings this
Moon Dark-New
(exact at @ 2341 pdt)
and eclipse in Virgo…

and  a whole lot of shifting going on!

This new Moon is a portal (or trigger ;)) for deep and powerful transformation. The energies of dark-new Moon in Virgo are magnified and amplified by a partial solar eclipse (greatest at 2355 pdt), and are enhanced and expanded by Jupiter (also in Virgo). In Virgo we are called to beauty and usefulness; to join together Spirit and Matter/s.

The Neptune-Jupiter Opposition is almost exact. Neptune wants to merge deeper and more mystically with everything – and Jupiter elevates that ‘everything.’ Pluto (in Capricorn) trines the new Moon eclipse bringing grounded insights (there’s that spirit & matter again) and calls us to focus on our deepest passions. It’s time to refresh intentions and take passions to new places.

This is a time of fresh release, new creations, and vibrational realignment.

Between now and our next communication at the 1st quarter Moon, Mercury will move retrograde (Sep 17 @1109pdt) and Saturn will move out of Scorpio into Sagittarius (Sep17 @1924pdt). MercR in Libra gives us space again to step back,

look far and wide, and reflect upon beauty and harmony.

Sag-Saturn supports and stabilizes the eclipse energies and calls us to focus on our core values, and to

live deeply in the Earth-Spirit truth of you.

At the midpoint of its 13 year cycle, the Neptune (Pisces)-Jupiter(Virgo) opposition will also be exact on Sep 17. A big day, and more shifts ahead so

Half-lit waning Moon in Gemini

 Greetings this Last Quarter Moon (exact 150905 @ 0254pdt)
The half-lit Moon calls us again to attend to balance.

Breathe, ground and center
in the between moment of
light and dark in equal measure.

It is time to review and reflect upon the activities engaged this cycle. Time to finish up tasks engaged and gather up the gifts and learnings received. Time to integrate, realign and cleanse in preparation for new Moon to come.

Tomorrow Venus moves direct again. This opens the flow of creativity, love and money. Open to the flow.

Looking further ahead , this month brings much movement and change in the skies. Two eclipses – partial solar at the new Moon and full lunar at the full Super Moon. Mercury (in Libra) retrogrades mid-month, Saturn moves into Sagittarius, Pluto (in Capricorn) moves direct, and Mars moves into Virgo. There are a number of ‘opposite’ relations throughout the month so tending to balance will be very key.

Full Pisces Moon

Welcome the Full Pisces Moon!
(exact at 1135 pdt)
and a new Portal opens….

What a storm here today! Howling winds made for electricity popping in and out (quite a challenge to preparing this message) and a meowling cat who was less than enthused with the wildness about!

It’s been a long while since we’ve had a full moon in a water sign (last time was May 3, then in Scorpio) and it’s been just about as long since we’ve had rain here. Today, with Full Moon in Pisces, rain poured down from the sky and wild winds moved great sheets of water horizontally. Nourishing, cleansing, and refreshing! And Wild!

Today carries a strong calling for our attention. This full Moon is a Super Moon ( and the first of a sequence of three Supermoons; the next one will be at the total lunar eclipse Sept 27). The Moon is conjunct Neptune in its own sign of Pisces: all qualities of Pisces – imagination, compassion, sensitivity, creativity – will be amplified. Neptune supports us breaking free of the old and moving into greater connected wholeness. At the same time a Jupiter -Sun conjunction expands Virgo/earth energies.

Water and Earth, the feminine energies, in mutable signs, dance together in unity and with discernment. And Venus-Mars, now our morning stars, are conjunct in Leo bringing love and play to the mix!

This Moon is an energetic portal to new openings, higher frequencies, and an expanded fullness of relations with Spirit.

It is time to take stock of all that is revealed by the full Moon light. Time to dance too with the dark silhouettes cast by the Moon. Time to view the ripples cast by our seed at Moon new…

of internal and external realms both and
