Waning Moon Half-lit in Pisces

26 May 2019, by Fiona in moon&sky

Welcome Waning Moon Half-lit (exact @ 0934 PDT) in Pisces

… synchronize mind & Spirit; slow & rest …

Gemini season is getting ‘busy’ and minds are active. Like Bees amidst the flowers we can expect to be drawn to a bit of everything and to awaken a rainbow of new ideas (Merc now in Gem). We may find ourselves dancing with apparent opposites (Gemini + Moon half-lit) and drawn to finding connections and unity. We will likely also find ourselves feeling more bold, secure, confident, strong and vital (Mars-Moon trine).

In the midst of the Gemini twin energy we are challenged to find balance. Waning Moon in Pisces brings soft, gentle, healing energy and reminds us to pause and take a breath. She calls us to reflect, clear away, re-vision, and prepare for the deepening dark. Sun and Moon together hold the opposite/complementary energies of the masculine and the feminine; of thought and feeling; of action and stillness; and of mind and Spirit (Sun/Gem and Moon/Pisces). We are asked to align and synchronize these ‘opposites’.

Amidst the hum of the Bees and the dashes of fishes, it is now time to wrap things up, empty ourselves and journey inward. Time to slow (retrograde planets & waning Moon) and move into the wisdom of the heart. Time to prepare for dreaming in the feminine deep.

Gemini Sun has us busy as bees
Moon calls us to tune to an inner key

Time to clear away and move within
Time to nourish to begin again

Reflect on opposites and harmonize
