Welcome Waning Moon Half-lit (exact @ 1142 PDT) in Pisces

… release, shift, realign, dream

Here we are, in the middle of Gemini season and the twin’s dance of opposites: up & down, warm & cool, active & restive, restless & calm, and more. Moon half-lit also expresses this energy of contrasts. Together Sun and Moon hold the ‘opposite’ energies of the masculine (Sun & Gemini Air) and feminine (Moon and Pisces Water); and of thought/left brain (Gemini) and feeling/right brain (Pisces).

Yes, the experience of dual forces is very pronounced right now. No surprise if we find ourselves shifting back and forth and reflecting a good deal about it all. It is a call to harmonize and unify opposites. Time to release the small view and embrace the most expansive view possible. Time to align mental activity (Gemini) with our spiritual beliefs (Pisces)

Waning Moon invites us to release and empty ourselves of all that no longer serves, and move inward. Other Earth-sky influences encourage us to slowly meander and move in flow (4 planets in Water signs; Sun & Moon in mutable signs; and Mercury & Sun square Neptune). Pisces Moon is a wonderful doorway into this deepening waning time as she brings gentle, compassionate, soothing, healing energy, and holds safe space to commune with divine inner wisdom. Time to shift, reorient, and move into the dreaming time.
