Greetings of the  Last Quarter Moon
(exact 0817 pdt) in Capricorn

Clear, cleanse, nourish

At the last quarter Moon we are called to pause, regroup and reorient. The light is waning and it is time to clean up, clear out, and prepare space for reflection and some time out. This cycle it could take a bit more effort, and could be a bit more challenging, for various reasons.

Whatever has been churned up by eclipses is still in the affective field – individual and collective. Further, we have Aries Sun wanting action and movement (and not much reflection ;)). Draw on Aries energy to dive into activities that are calling for attention — including firing up reflection ;). Capricorn earth energy will  help ground actions taken.

Moon in Capricorn is a time of emotional and psychic restructuring. There may some discomfort here since Capricorn (opposite Moon’s ruling sign of Cancer) can be a bit rigid and there may a longing for the comfort of nurturing waters. Fortunately there are still three planet in water signs (Venus, Neptune and Chiron, all in Pisces) so drink in the love, compassion and healing provided by them.

Pause under the Capricorn Moon
and feel into Earth connections
and All to which you are attuned

Set Aries’ fire upon your hearth
and let it burn Spirit-guided
to warm your path

Whatever waves come high or low
invite compassion and let it flow

It is time to trust in letting go
with faith in wisdom and All you know.
