Welcome Moon Full (exact @1651 PST) in Virgo

ground, refine, purify . wholeness

We’re still immersed in Water’s energetic realms which increase our sensitivity; assist us in opening to healing and purification; and connect us to what is greater than our selves. This is so much about the power of emotions, about acceptance, surrender and letting go (addnl support from Jupiter-Mercury-Venus trine). We are reminded to take it slow and that not everything needs to be done at once (Moon Trine Saturn).

At Moon full emotions swell like the tides. It is a time to honor and celebrate all that has been given and received, and all that has been done.. It is also a time for releasing and endings (well supported by all the Water energy ;)). By Moon’s bright light, much is illuminated. Hone the clarity of your lenses* and open to the flows of truth incoming.

 *Note: Given the quality of Water, things can get a little slippery, foggy or otherwise distorted. As such we may see only what we want to see (Moon-Neptune opposition) and we risk entering into illusion/delusion. Draw on the Earth energy of Virgo. Stay grounded and rooted in practical, ‘real world’ common sense, and tune to your inner wisdom.

Amidst all this Water energy, Moon in Virgo helps us to ‘anchor’ in the emotional seas and deeply ground ourselves (further support from Moon trine Saturn). She invites us to focus on tangible things; find balance; create order; and take practical action in everyday reality. She brings discrimination and efficiency to life’s details, and helps us organize for inner peace and wellness, re-empowering our sense of wholeness and sovereignty. Now, and with Moon waning soon, it is a time to regroup in preparation for the upcoming turn of season. What will you bring forward and what will you leave behind?
