Welcome Moon Full (exact @ 1438 PDT) & Partial Lunar Eclipse (max @ 1430 PDT) in Capricorn

… release, consolidate, change, transform   

Moon Full offers increased clarity and invites attention to what has been completed. A partial lunar eclipse, along with other planetary involvements (esp Saturn and Pluto), intensifies and amplifies the energies of Moon-full and makes this Moon particularly potent and transformative. It is a Moon that unearths powerful feelings and profound rememberings. In Capricorn we are called to root ourselves; Cancer Sun calls us to heart and home. At their best, they together work to engage and balance both head and heart, and our outer and inner worlds

Eclipses are major portals for transformation. They reveal what is hidden; uncover new levels of truth; and inspire change and growth. This is the last eclipse of the season and we are urged to prune away what isn’t working, and to clear the field of outdated structures, beliefs, and patterns of behaviours (Saturn). It is a call to journey into the underworld (Pluto influence) to unearth doubts and fears, and to let things die and be reborn. We are drawn to the past (retrograde planets) but also must detach from it. Yes, it’s powerful time for a reality check (Venus-Saturn) and a very potent time to unburden, lighten the load, release baggage, and let go, let go, let go. Feed the compost; fuel the Fire.

Especially important, we are asked to invest and enact our own personal authority. To trust intuition, take strength from heart-knowing, and be clear about our boundaries. In the main, elemental energies provide strong support – although we are very light on Air which may make thinking a bit more challenging. Breathe, breathe, breathe. Allow clarity to come as it will. Shelter in the heart, cleanse in the sea, root in Earth. Time to re-form, re-claim and re-embrace you under the light of the Moon.
