Waxing Moon Half-lit in Gemini

02 Mar 2020, by Fiona in moon&sky

Greeting Waxing Moon Half-lit (exact @1157 PST) in Gemini

…flow, discern, integrate, act…

At waxing Moon momentum begins to build and energy increases. Pisces supports flow and Moon in Gemini sparks our minds. It’s time to communicate, think and learn. Time to find form (Gemini) in the formless (Pisces). Time to clarify and firm up plans.

Moon half-lit and the Gemini twins (masters of ‘between’) invite us to explore apparent opposites. We may find ourselves invigorated, changeable and at times restless. We may be pulled in different directions or drawn to more than one thing at a time, but always, always there is a need to connect, create and integrate (Gemini effects).

Yes, it is a time for a kind of reality check (waxing Moon + Venus-Saturn). As we explore and investigate we are supported by an abundance of feminine energy (8/11 planets in fem signs) which helps us to both flow and to ground. Our mental capacity to see and handle different perspectives is boosted (Gemini); intuition and compassion are strong (Sun-Neptune); and there’s energy incoming to help us break with old, limiting patterns (Venus-Uranus Mar8).

This is a time, once again, to pause, reflect, and clear away all that no longer serves. Time to weave together and integrate the dream world and the physical world; the sacred and the secular. Time to hone our plans. Time for mind and Spirit to dance our seeds of intention into form.

Waxing Moon half-lit calls us to reflect
on what we detect, direct and effect

Flow in and dance with the Twins
Be willing to change your skin

Heart and mind are now deeply entwined
Ignite Spirit and with Source align

Time to express the voice of your soul
with words and deeds that make things whole

Nurture your Nature

with Love and Light

May you weave the formless into form with wisdom & Spirit this Moon
